FIELD: forest, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, medicine and other branches of industry, in particular, extraction of essential oils from plant material. SUBSTANCE: method involves distilling essential oils with water steam at temperature of 90-100 C and pressure of 0.07-0.15 MPa for 8-10 hours. Plant material is bark of Khingam fir, Dahurian larch, and Korean cedar pine ground into 1-2 cm pieces, as well as main felling and intermediate cutting wastes and lumber wastes.
