FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has reservoirs manufactured from transparent film for storing blood and preservative agent, tube having a needle in protection cover for taking blood and connection accessories. The connection accessories are designed as Luer connectors having safety plugs on preservative agent reservoir connection pipe and on donor needle protection cover designed as tube conjugated with conic donor needle cannula surface on one side and having Luer connector end piece shaped as truncated cone coaxially arranged inside of union member having internal thread and rigidly attached to the union member near the base and having common canal with tube on the other side. The protection cover tube has bead and opening control leaflet rigidly connected to donor needle cannula body on the same side with needle-to-cannula connection. The end piece is closed with safety cylindrical cap. The preservative agent reservoir connection pipe is closed with safety plug as response part of Luer connector coupled to injection needle protection cap and transformed into opening control member tail. EFFECT: separate blood and preservative agent supply and storage; sterility; prevented thrombus formation; simplified structure. 4 dwg
