FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves transferring preservative from reservoir for storing preservative into reservoir for storing preservative and blood, dividing blood into components. Reservoirs for taking preservative and blood and storing its components are manufactured from transparent flexible film. Transferring preservative from reservoir for storing preservative into reservoir for storing preservative and blood is carried out with connection device. The connection device has donor needle with head and protective cap, medical needle is coaxially unsplittably inserted into protective cap of donor needle end face protrusion of the donor needle. Working end of the medical needle is insulated from an environment with flexible cover fitted on protective cap end face protrusion of the donor needle. The medical needle with flexible cover has its own protective cap fixed on donor needle cap. Donor needle head has permanent connect to preservative and blood-taking reservoir tube and some quantity of preservative is transferred from preservative reservoir into preservative and blood reservoir by piercing preservative reservoir cork with medical needle through its flexible cover. Then, blood is introduced into the preservative and blood reservoir via donor needle.

EFFECT: preserved blood and its components sterility.
