MODULE OF A SUBMERSIBLE CENTRIFUGAL PUMPING PLANT Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: petroleum and oil-and-gas industries. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a module of the submersible centrifugal pumping plant, that is pertinent to the systems of magnetic treatment of liquid mediums, in particular to oil-water-gas mixtures and may be used in a petroleum and oil-and-gasindustries for prevention of organic and mineral substances depositions on internal surfaces of the pumping plants and the oil-field pipelines. The module contains a body, a mounted inside it shaft, the dispersing steps consisting of a fixed on the shaft impeller with blades and a flow splitter fixed inside the body. The flow splitter is made as a cylinder with both its sides open, inside the cylinder there is a barrel and a shaft passing through a hole in the barrel. The barrel is connected with the cylinder by partitions, each of which is a permanent magnet with its magnetic exit oriented in parallel to a longitudinal axis of the shaft. The technical result consists in raise of efficiency of magnetic treatment of oil-water-gas mixtures during their passing through the submersible centrifugal pumping plant.
