FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump engineering and, in particular, to submersible oil-producing pumping plant driven by sealed submersible electric motor for pumping well fluid. Proposed plant comprises engine and pump. They are connected by magnetic coupling. This coupling includes drive and driven half-couplings with permanent magnets connected with engine shaft and pump shaft, respectively. Between them protective screen and intermediate bearing support are installed. At that, the plant is additionally equipped with magnetic coupling cooling unit. Heat exchangers are used as this unit. One of them is installed on the pump side, and the other one is on the engine side. Heat exchanger on the pump side is equipped with a pumping stage for pumping of cooling liquid. Heat exchanger on engine side is equipped with pump stage for pumping of engine cooling oil. Each of the heat exchangers has a housing, inside of which an insulating partition is installed so that an annular gap is formed. On inner surface of heat exchanger housing on side of annular gap there are notches or spiral channels.
EFFECT: submersible pumping plant with magnetic coupling is proposed.
