FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing bitumen-rubber composition and bitumen-base compositions. Bitumen-rubber composition comprises rubber crumbs, active modifying agent and bitumen as a binding agent. As an active modifying agent a compound among parabanic acids order is used that are able to regulate the process of destruction and cross-linking rubber particles in bitumen being without significant segregation due to generation of chemically active particles of isolated gaseous inclusions as components formed in decomposition of active modifying agent in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: rubber crumbs, 5-15; order of parabanic acids and their derivatives, 1-2; bitumen, the balance. Method for preparing bitumen-rubber composition involves mixing heated bitumen with rubber crumbs with addition of active modifying agent to prepared mixture. Bitumen is heated preliminary to temperature 190-205 C before mixing with rubber crumbs and rubber crumbs are charged for two stages: firstly black rubber crumbs (from shock-proof car tires or worn out casing tires and inner tubes) and after required exposition with stirring gray rubber crumbs (from utilized rubber-technical articles) and with corresponding exposition for time and stirring. Then active modifying agent is added for two stages also, with exposition for time in each stage up to ending gas evolving and in constant stirring also. Composition is used for waterproofing of brick and concrete building constructions, for roofing covers, for fixing deformation seams, seams and cracks in cement-asphalt covers of highway and airdrome.
