SUBSTANCE: invention relates to priming aqueous-dispersion compositions designated for protection against corrosion of metallic surfaces and exploited under both atmospheric conditions and subjected for effect to different liquids. Composition can be used as primary priming and as an independent paint and varnish coating. Composition comprises acrylic dispersion, color paste, disperser, thickening agent and water and phosphate-calcium chrome pigment is used as an anticorrosive pigment. Application of phosphate-calcium chrome pigment in ground-coat enamels provides the unique passivating activity in interaction of phosphate and chromate ions with metallic backing for both ferrous and nonferrous metals and providing cathode and anode protecting effect.
