FIELD: corrosion protection. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water-dispersed compositions designed for corrosion protection of out-door operated metal surfaces. In order to improve adhesion, waterproofness, and shock strength of coating, rust-converting priming is supplemented by three film- formers: vinyl chloride/vinylidene dichloride/maleic acid terpolymer latex, synthetic rubber (oligopyperilene material), and 4,4'-isopropylidene epoxide resin as well as chromium oxide (anticorrosion enhancer) and red iron oxide pigment. Composition further contains thickeners (cellulose ethers), foam suppressor, polymethylsiloxane fluid, surfactant (polyoxyethylene ether of alkylphenol), coalescing agent (white spirite), orthophosphoric acid, mica, and dicarboxylic acid esters. EFFECT: improved protective properties. 2 tbl
