FIELD: opto-mechanical instruments for guidance of guided weapon. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in the fact that the backlash is taken up in the hinge joint relative to the post and the lower half-hinge in the device in the sight- guidance instrument before making the through holes in the post for the locating pins and fixation of the upper half-hinge on the post. The post is installed on the locating pins, the lower half-hinge is fastened by screws and locating pins to the plate of the device, and the post is fixed in its upper part. The screws of the upper half-hinge are driven out by 2-3 turns and a contact displacement of the upper half-hinge is made in three planes of symmetry by a mechanical force towards the objective relative to the lower half-hinge. Through holes are made in the post for the locating pins of the upper half-hinge, pins are installed in them and the upper half-hinge is fixed on the post. The screws of the upper half-hinge are driven in the post, after that the force on the upper half-hinge is relieved, the post and the lower half-hinge are freed of fixation, removed from the plate of the device and installed in the instrument body with further attachment and fixation. The second subject-matter of invention characterizes the construction of the device designed for assembly of the sight- guidance instrument. EFFECT: reduced influence of deformations on the position of the optical axes of the scanning and information channels, enhanced reliability and quality of the sight-guidance instrument. 4 cl, 8 dwg
