FIELD: methods for assembly of optomechanical instruments, in particular, sight-guidance instruments of guided armament.
SUBSTANCE: the instrument components electrically coupled to one another, precisely the electronic unit, control unit, sighting and information channels with parallel optical axes are fastened on a common strut, and the strut is fastened to the instrument body. Final fastening of instrument components on the strut and its respective fastening to the body are performed only after the tests on the influence of the operating temperatures and subsequent, if necessary, adjustment of the sighting and information channels. To this end, at first the strut is installed in the body simulator and the mentioned operations are performed without fixation of the components.
EFFECT: improved quality and adaptability to assembly of the instrument due to combining of the process of instrument assembly with the required check tests.
