FIELD: static balancing of structures. SUBSTANCE: weight of blade is measured in compliance with invention, blade is laid on floor of rocking lever which is balanced in advance. Static moment of blade is partially compensated. Value of uncompensated force is measured at distance from axis of oscillation of lever taken at will. With this in mind lever is connected through force-transmitting rod to measurement device. Numerical value of static moment M relative of axis of oscillation of lever is found by formula M = R×L1+F×L2, where R is value of uncompensated force; L1- is distance from axis of oscillation of lever to point of contact of floor of lever with measurement support; F is value of additional compensation force applied to free end of lever; L2- is distance from axis of oscillation of lever to free end of lever. Thereafter position of center of gravity Lc.g of blade with reference to lower face surface of tail part is established by formula Lc.g = (M/Gbl)-L3, where L3- is distance from point of point of rocking of lever to face of tail part of blade; Gbl is weight of blade.
