FIELD: organic chemistry; heat-mass exchange engineering. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a rectifying plant for tertiary amines purification and may be used in production of the water-repellent agents applied in processes of oil extraction, in production of washing, antiseptic and disinfecting means. The rectifying plant includes: a rectifying column (1), the vacuum film evaporator (4), an initial mixture container (7), the finished product collector- accumulator (5), the heater (6), tools to supply the initial mixture and the reflux into the column (1). In the cube (2) of the rectifying column (1) there is a metal pipe (3) mounted so, that its lower end is connected to a tool of the initial mixture supply and its upper end is placed above the level of the cube liquid. The upper chamber of the film evaporator (4) is linked with the initial mixture container (7) and with the vacuum system, and its lower chamber is linked with the tool used for the initial mixture supply into the column (1). In the film evaporator (4) the process of separation of the low temperature boiling admixtures - water, dimethylamine, etc. from the initial mixture takes place. The mixture is coming into the cube (2) of the rectifying column (1) through the metal pipe (3). As the mixture is passing through the pipe it is preheated by the cube liquid and begins to boil. Achieving the surface of the cube liquid, the mixture quickly begins to boil. The low-temperature boiling components, composition of which contains the target narrow fraction of tertiary amines, for example C12- C14, begin to separate from it. Heavy admixtures, including the heavy fractions of tertiary amines, remained in the cube (2). The low-temperature boiling components are fed into the rectifying column (1) for the final purification. The invention allows to obtain a finished product with purity on a target narrow fraction of no less than 90 mass % and to change the ratio of components in it, to increase productivity, reliability and economy. Installation is simple and compact. EFFECT: 90 % purity on a target narrow fraction, changed ratio of components, high productivity, reliability and economy, simple and compact design. 1 dwg
