FIELD: petrochemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petrochemical industry and can be used in processing styrene production wastes. Invention relates to a method for complex processing of the still residue of rectification of styrene (SRRS) in a single process cycle, in which the SRRS is added to evaporation unit (1), heated to 40-80 °C and a portion of the SRRS is converted into a vapour or vapour-liquid phase with separation of heavy residues. Obtained phase is fed into vertical rectification column (2), and the remaining heavy residues of the SRRS in the lower part of unit (1) are fed into cracking unit (3). In column (2) under vacuum at temperature of 75-83 °C, carried out is separation of incoming phase into styrene and concentrate of SRRS, which is returned to evaporation unit (1), which is then, together with heavy residues of SRRS, is sent to cracking unit (3) for decomposition at temperature of 400-450 °C to obtain light cracking products and pitch. Light cracking products are passed through additional evaporation unit (4) with extraction of low-boiling fraction, which is sent to rectification unit (5), with return of styrene separated during rectification to rectification column (2) for additional purification and then to finished product line (10), and separated liquid aromatic hydrocarbons from rectification unit (5) are supplied to finished product pipeline (16). Heavy residue of evaporation from evaporation unit (4) is directed to cracking unit (3). Pitch from cracking unit (3) is supplied to pyrolysis unit (6) for its thermal treatment at temperature of 400-500 °C with formation of hydrocarbon fuel gases and technical carbon. Invention also relates to a process circuit.

EFFECT: providing non-stop complex processing of still residues of rectification of styrene (SRRS) in a single process cycle with simultaneous production of four target products: styrene, aromatic solvents, technical carbon and hydrocarbon fuel gas.
