FIELD: power engineering; environment control. SUBSTANCE: proposed liquid activator has working zone of pipe with working medium made in form of needles inside it and external electromagnetic inductor; working medium is made in form of bimetallic needles with outer surface made from non-magnetic metal, titanium for example with ferromagnetic core. Working medium consists of mixture of ferromagnetic and titanium needles. Inner surface of working zone of pipe is coated with layer of wear-resistant ceramics.
