FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: liquid activator comprises an input pipeline of a liquid and a plant of processes activisation. A plant of processes activisation comprises a working pipe from non-magnetic material with a working body - ferromagnetic needles and an external electromagnetic inductor. Between the input pipeline and the plant for activisation of processes there is an aerator comprising a hollow body (9), tangential nozzles (10), tangential (11) and axial (12) holes for air. The inner cavity of the body (9) is connected by at least two tangential nozzles (10) with the input liquid pipeline and with atmosphere - via tangential (11) and axial (12) air holes.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of plant operation due to a combination of a tangential liquid-air aerator and a plant of processes activisation in it.
