FIELD: construction of railway floating bridges for passage of rolling stock. SUBSTANCE: equipment includes at least two anchoring devices placed in symmetry with axis of bridge. Each device has scow comprising non-propulsion sections of pontoons placed parallel one another and cross girder, cargo drive winch with cable, gear to fix flexible tie-rods, at least two bottom anchors, flexible tie-rods. Novelty of invention lies in that scow of each anchoring device includes number of non-propulsion bow and stern external sections of pontoons made fast one to another in lateral direction and in pairs in longitudinal direction. Bow transoms of external sections are positioned at one level and bow transom of internal section is displaced relative to bow transoms of external sections. Scow is provided with bearing structure made fast to proper sections of pontoons which carries cargo units and bearing table and with inclined guide located along longitudinal symmetry axis of scow and made of at least two interhinged sections. Each section is made of parallel beams rigidly fixed in lateral direction and presenting lead track for mobile yoke of tackle block coming in the form of carriage mounted for longitudinal movement along guide and securing. Immobile yoke of tackle block includes horizontal and vertical blocks put on guide. One end of guide is anchored on bearing table, its middle part is made fast to support mounted on lateral beam of scow, its other end is attached to gear securing flexible tie-rods.
