FIELD: purification of containers from viscous petroleum sediments and viscous oil products sediments. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of purification of containers from viscous petroleum sediments and viscous oil products sediments and a device for its realization. There is a group of inventions intended for purification of the inner cavities of the containers, and also internal surfaces of the containers of any size from viscous petroleum sediments and viscous sediments of the oil products. The method uses a device, that performs fluidization, heating, relocation and mixing of petroleum sediments, description of which is given below. At that through the ejector heads the working medium in the form of water steam, gas or liquids is under pressure fed into a container and suction, heating, dilution, fluidization of sediments and relocation of the fluidized sediments are exercised. The device contains means for dilution, heating, relocation and mixing of petroleum sediments, including an ejector and means of offtake and transportation of the fluidized sediments. The ejector is made in the form of a monitor consisting of a tubular rod, intended for supply through it into the container a working medium like water steam or gas or liquids. In the upper part of the tubular rod there is a fastening adaptation and in the lower part of the tubular rod there are two pairs of the ejector heads rigidly fixed to it and placed at different levels at an angle to each other. At that each ejector head is made in the form of a nozzle with a contraction-diffuser extension for suction, heating, dilution, homogenization of the sediments and relocation of fluidized sediments. At that the axis at least of one ejector head is positioned at an angle to a plane, that is perpendicular the axis of the tubular rod. Technical result of the invention is increase of efficiency of purification of cavities of containers, including their inner surfaces with simultaneous upgrading of the design of the device intended for purification.
