FIELD: aviation; manufacture of vertical takeoff and landing aircraft equipped with life-saving appliances. SUBSTANCE: proposed aircraft has fuselage, two wings with ailerons and power plant which includes two lift-thrust engines; each engine is secured to wing form beneath with nozzle backward. Each wing is secured to fuselage for turn relative to axis parallel to fuselage axis. Each lift-thrust engine is secured to aircraft wing for turn in plane parallel to plane of wing through angle of 90 deg. with nozzle downward at vertical position of wing for ascent of aircraft. Secured to aircraft fuselage in plane of wing are two stabilizers; each stabilizer is mounted for turn relative to axis parallel to aircraft fuselage axis vertically upward; it contains rudder performing function of elevator at horizontal position of stabilizer and function of rudder at vertical position of stabilizer. Fuselage includes life-saving appliances for passengers, ejection modules, one cargo ejection module and pilot cabin with ejection seats. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and safety of flights; reduced overall dimensions of aircraft. 4 cl, 15 dwg
