FIELD: aviation technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aviation technology, in particular to seaplane designs. The vertical take-off and landing seaplane (VTOL SP) contains a fuselage with a cockpit, engines for vertical take-off and landing, having connections with the main rotor gearbox, a wing with ailerons and mechanization for take-off and landing, a tail in the form of a stabilizer with an elevator and keels with rudders, a landing gear for movement on the Earth’s surface. The lower part of the fuselage is made with a keel and a step, providing rapid movement on the water surface. The torque from the main rotor during its operation is countered by the flow of gas jets deflected by the controlled wings of the main engine attached to the rear of the fuselage. The wing of the aircraft is made with a deflected part down from 0 to 90° to reduce the drag and thrust losses of the propeller during vertical take-off and landing and in hover mode. The profile of the rotor blades is convex-concave with the same curvature of the upper and lower surfaces, which allows the blades to be folded into drums. The main rotor is controlled by a swash plate and a servo tab control system.
EFFECT: vertical take-off and landing, the ability to perform work in hover mode, horizontal flight in airplane mode with the blades retracted are provided.
