SUBSTANCE: movement method for carts connected by coupling into columns on long orbit parts in which carts move one after another on one step in movable parking-storage module involves successive transferring carts on one step along short orbit parts; orienting carts arranged on long orbit parts transversely to movement direction thereof; orienting carts arranged on short orbit parts in parallel to movement direction thereof; installing closed segment of drive chain having four branches composed of two parallel pairs formed in corners by star members with vertical axes on cart travel path; connecting shafts with rollers to upper plates of drive chain so that each roller enters in longitudinal slot of cart located on lover roller frame surface; connecting two shafts with rollers to upper plates of drive chain located on long orbit part so that shafts are spaced at equal distances from each other; connecting shafts with rollers to upper plates of closed drive chain located on short orbit part such that spacing between shafts is equal to spacing between carts; loading carts by trays in lengthwise direction by yoke mechanisms.
