FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has body, net cover with a ring, batch, upper and lower sieves, dust protection tampon and compensation chamber having canals formed by device body bottom, cylindrical cartridge and ribs fixed on device body bottom all along their length and oval plastic collar with tube, all being arranged in the inside of device body. Compensation chamber canals ribs are fixed as cantilever on cartridge body and are protected against displacements with net screen and circular brace which radius is equal to air discharge duct radius ending in collar member tube.
