FIELD: welding of elastic electric contacts with contact holders in instrument making, aerospatial, radio engineering industry branches. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing parts on lower electrode; applying compression effort and passing welding current pulse; determining compression effort in dependence upon value of apparent yield limit of elastic electric contact at normal condition after heat treatment and upon contact area of welded parts; limiting deformation value of parts by moving upper electrode; performing welding by means of unipolar positive pulse with predetermined parameters. EFFECT: possibility for making high-quality welded joint of contacts of material having normalized structure with contact holder of bronze, enhanced physico-mechanical properties of welded joint. 1 dwg, 1 ex
