FIELD: automotive industry; cars. SUBSTANCE: characteristic feature of safe car is provision of frame with two segments in front part of car. Said frame is secured on unitized body of car. Two load-bearing segments are installed and secured in rear part of car over its length. Capsule0like body of car rests in said segment. Two segments are fastened to body bottom. Said segments rest on guide segments to preclude their deflection, providing only tangential sliding relative to each other. End faces of guide segments are provided with front and rear pickups-locks which fix car body precluding its displacement relative to unitized body. Front part of load-bearing segments is connected with engine frame by attachment bolts. Elastic cables are secured at both sides of rear part of unitized body, are passed through guide rollers and are secured on body. EFFECT: improved passive safety owing to killing of inertia movement of car body and bringing engine under body bottom. 3 dwg
