FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles and represents compact all-season amphibious caterpillar cross-country vehicle. The cross-country vehicle includes body which comprises: passenger compartment, cargo compartment, as well as caterpillar drives located at both sides of leakproof body, power plant, suspension, turning gear, drive transmission. Cross-country vehicle structure has leakproof body which represents steel fabricated frame installed inside leakproof welded aluminium boat. Over all body surfaces, 50 mm thick thermal and noise insulation is settled. Along its perimeter the body is protected against minor damages by fender bar made of stainless steel polished tube. The cross-country vehicle also includes engine with automatic transmission, suspensions on individual spring shock-absorbing struts, steering control mechanism with steering gear.
EFFECT: design flexibility, reliability and serviceability in field conditions.
