FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for lifting and transportation of piece loads with indefinite center of gravity. Proposed crossmember contains carrying beam on which trolley is secured provided with rollers and hook hanger. Trolley travel-motion mechanism consists of main screw with nut and intermediate shaft connected with shaft of reduction gear. Crossmember is provided with load grips and additional screw arranged in parallel with main screw and connected with second shaft of reduction gear, and additional nut engaging with additional screw, and counterweight installed on additional nut for displacement relative to carrying beam. Said screw have different thread pitch. EFFECT: prevention of damage to load at handling. 2 cl, 13 dwg
