FIELD: oil extracting industry. SUBSTANCE: device has body and hollow rod with radial passages, spring-loaded return valve, packer and compactions. Body is connected to supporting branch pipe through apertures. Spring-loaded return valve overlaps central passage. Also, hollow rod is provided with ring-shaped inner projection in upper part. Said projection is placed between rows of radial passages and cylindrical hollows in the lower part. In this hollows fixing balls are placed. Fixing balls are placed into spherical ring-shaped body recess from the outside and interact with dead fixing bushing from the inner side. Said bushing is connected to rod by means of shear elements. Hollow rod also has a net below cylindrical hollows. Radial rod passages in initial position are overlapped by moveable spring-loaded bushing with cylindrical recess on the inner surface. Inside the body below spherical ring-shaped recess, ring-shaped inner projection and radial passages are formed. This radial passages in their initial state are overlapped with spring-loaded bushing. Radial passages in the lower part of body in initial state are overlapped by supporting branch pipe, which is connected to the body by means of shear elements. In its lower part, body is provided with shear funnel for interacting with hollow end caps on the casing string.
