SUBSTANCE: invention, relating to water-dissoluble lacquer compositions obtained via cathodic electrodeposition and suitable for use as ornamental coatings with high performance characteristics, provides composition comprising 60-70% solution of partially formic acid-neutralized and melamine-formaldehyde resin-modified epoxyaminorubber adduct in ethylene glycol acetate/butanol mixture, acetic acid, ethyl cellosolve, all-purpose offset paint, xylene, fluoroplastic (ftoroplast F-40), and distilled water. EFFECT: increased stability of working solution and preserved high performance characteristics of coatings. 1 tbl
