METHOD TO CONDUCT ENGINEERING-GEOLOGICAL SURVEY Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: engineering-geological surveying. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to engineering-geological survey to obtain data on structure of upper part of section of rocks and to make recommendations for construction of technical works, predominantly, in sections of crossings over water barriers. Method includes vertical electric sounding, circular microelectronic sounding, check of measurements and construction of geoelectric section. Electric profiling over each competing variant in investigated area is conducted before vertical electric sounding. Vertical electric sounding is conducted perpendicular to leading line of crossing over water barrier. Circular microelectronic sounding is conducted on both sides of water barrier and later vertical electric sounding of bottom is carried out. Then circular microelectronic sounding is conducted along competing variants in investigated area. Geoelectric section is constructed by obtained data. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of isolation of zones of rocks with different resistance across sections of crossing over water barriers. 2 cl, 1 dwg
