SUBSTANCE: current collector has case, commutator with slip rings disposed along its longitudinal axis to form trough with groove in each of them, brush holders with brushes brought in contact with ring troughs as surface of each trough is formed by surface of single-pole hyperboloid of revolution whose longitudinal axis is unidirectional with that of commutator; trough groove has its side surfaces symmetrically arranged relative to neck circumference of single-cavity hyperboloid of revolution; each side of groove in plane section where commutator longitudinal axis is disposed is joined through arc with each part of hyperboloid of revolution disposed beyond groove, centers of curvature of mentioned arcs being arranged toward commutator longitudinal axis.
