SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for air and gases purification and may be used in different industries: in ship repair, engineering industry, construction. Substance of the invention: the device includes: a body with an inlet and an outlet branch pipes and a branch pipe for withdrawal of impurities; a diffuser coaxially located inside the body and made in the form of a pipe with slots; mounted correspondingly on an entry and an exit of the diffuser a swirler and a rectifier of a gas stream arriving in and leaving of the diffuser. On the exit of a gas stream the diffuser has a ring-shaped ledge, the lower surface of makes an acute angle with a wall of the diffuser, and in immediate proximity to the basis of the ledge there is at least one slot, that ensures to the device a minimum water resistance at maximum separation efficiency.
