FIELD: reagentless treatment of liquids. SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for reagentless treatment of liquids for the technologies requiring prevention of formation and destruction of already formed sedimentations on internal surfaces of the process equipment. The housing of the activator has a cylinder- conical form. The conical section of the housing is made with due regard of "golden section " proportions. Inside the housing there is a working chamber, the generatrices of which are in parallel to the generatrices of the housing. The unit of a liquid delivery is made as a L- shaped branch pipe with a tangential outlet in the working chamber. The unit of a liquid withdrawal is made as a pair of interleaving cylindrical and conical chambers coaxial to the housing. The conical chambers are made with due regard of "golden section " proportions and directed towards to the cone of the housing. A magnetic treatment system contains the ring-type magnetic cores made out of ferromagnetic materials, that are located coaxially from below and above the housing, a magnetizing coil located around of the housing and having variable cross-section in height. The magnetizing coil internal contours repeat the outlines of the housing, the ring-type magnetic cores and the pressed ferromagnetic disks linked to each other by bolts. The technical result consists in increase of a degree of a liquid activation. EFFECT: the invention allows to increase a degree of a liquid activation. 1 dwg
