FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind thermoelectric generators using wind energy for heating water and generating electric energy. According to invention, proposed wind thermoelectric generator contains thermal generators installed in platform and base, conical cup and stop rigidly connected with vertical shaft, piezoelectric elements and piezoelectric film. Upper thermal generator is installed in center of round platform, and lower thermal generator is installed in center of base. Thermal generators are provided with inlet and outlet branch pipes hydraulically connected with cold and hot water systems. Movable disks of thermal generators are rigidly coupled with vertical shaft, and fixed disks are connected to inner walls of thermal generators and are supported from below by bushings provided with capsules with heat accumulating composition from outer side. Said capsules are connected to bushings by means of metal bands. Conical cup with hole in lower part is installed through shock absorbers on posts secured on base. Piezoelectric elements are installed inside cup. Piezoelectric elements contact with rollers secured through cages to conical stop rigidly coupled through rods with vertical shaft. Upper hoop is attached through rods to stops connected to posts secured on platform and base. Lower hoop is attached to upper part of base. Piezoelectric film stretched between hoops oscillates under action of wind. EFFECT: simplified design, increased efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg
