SOLAR-WIND WATER HEATER Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: helio- and wind-engineering, namely, power plant working by action of wind energy in combination with heat solar irradiation, for example in order to heat water for domestic needs. SUBSTANCE: solar-wind water heater includes wind turbine and heat generator with tank having supply and discharging cold and hot water pipelines. Wind turbine is turntable type one; its shaft is joined with tank of heat generator and it is mounted in central portion of frame joined by means of struts with round base. Through center of round base shaft passes to tank of heat generator mounted on foundation under conic concentrically arranged surfaces. In bottom of said surfaces above mentioned pipelines are mounted for supplying cold water to intersurface space and to tank of heat generator. Foundation has annular turning communicated through discharge pipeline with tank for hot water. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of water heater due to using wind and solar energy in combination. 3 cl, 2 dwg
