FIELD: manufacture of pumps; performing operations including fire hazard. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has pneumatic pump with delivery cavity, technological container with cavity being filled and liquid to be handled, packing with two through holes: first end of supply hose and pressure relief valve are secured in one of them and dispensing pipe is secured in other hole. Device is provided with liquid supply control cock fitted on free end of dispensing pipe, branch pipe fitted on free end of cock and flexible tube whose one end is secured on branch pipe; device is also provided with delivery valve. Adjusting drain valve is mounted on upper surface of packing and is connected with it by means of throttling orifice. Delivery cavity is connected with cavity to be filled through valve and hose and cavity to be filled is connected with atmosphere through throttling orifice on one side and adjusting valve on other side.
