FIELD: mechanics, foodstuffs.
SUBSTANCE: gassy fluid passage comprises a throttling section including, at least, one hole whereat the fluid pressure drops, streamwise, from the high pressure ahead of the said hole to low pressure behind it. Aforesaid hole is intended for reducing pressure drop rate to suppress formation of local pressures with magnitude below critical values at which a large amount of foam is formed caused by gas emission from the said gassy fluid. The said throttling section incorporates a diffuser to allow the said gassy fluid to go out. The adapter of the valve designed to feed fluid from the tank comprises a fluid filling pipe with an elastic section and aforesaid throttling passage designed to throttle drink flow by acting on the said elastic section to reduce the pipe cross section which, thereafter, smoothly increases streamwise.
EFFECT: reduced amount of foam formed in bottling.
