SUBSTANCE: system has combustive water heater with fuel burners and heat-transfer apparatus for water heating connected to water circulation loop; heating elements for rooms; expansion vessel and circulating pump unit series-connected in circulation loop; pump unit has pump and thermal drive whose heater is coupled with water heater through at least fuel burning control system ; thermal-drive cooler is cooled down by connecting it to water circulation loop of heating system.
