FIELD: heating systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to power engineering and is intended for independent heat supply and cold supply to private dwelling objects. System of independent heat supply and cold supply to buildings includes ground heat accumulation system containing circulation loop of low-potential heat carrier, which passes through well heat exchangers and evaporator of heat pump of water-water type, and which is connected to heating system with heating circuit with warm floors, heating circuit with convector heaters through heating water accumulator with heat exchanger of peak heater and capacitor of heat pump of water-water type, as well as to hot water supply system with hot water supply circuit through hot water storage heater to heat exchanger of peak heater and capacitor of heat pump of water-water type. System of independent heat supply and cold supply to buildings also includes ventilation system with utilisation of heat of the air removed from the room and including circulation loop of heat carrier, which passes through water-air heat exchanger installed in intake ventilation channel of ventilation plant and capacitor of heat pump of air-water type, the evaporator of which is connected to air heat exchanger with fan. In addition, capacitor of heat pump of air-water type is connected to heating circuit with convectors for heat transfer during transition period or cold during summer period, at reverse operation of heat pump of air-water type, simultaneously to system of heating with convectors and to water-air heat exchanger of ventilation plant for heat and cold supply respectively, at switched-off circuit of heating with convectors from heat pump of water-water type through gate valve; thus providing at any season the recuperation of heat energy of the air removed from the room, which is performed in ventilation system by means of air-to-air heat exchanger the one side of which is installed intake channel with fan, and the other side is installed in exhaust channel with fan, and with the second water-to-air heat exchanger additionally installed in ventilation system with air side in intake channel with fan, and water side is connected to heating system and capacitor of heat pump of water-water type, when heating of low-potential heat carrier entering capacitor of heat pump of water-water type or recuperation of heat mode of wells cooled during ground heat extraction with simultaneous heat generation for hot water supply is performed with solar energy heat collection system containing circulation loop of heat carrier, which passes through vacuumised tubular header and heat carrier circulation control connected through one output of three-way valve to heat exchanger installed in circulation loop of low-potential heat carrier before evaporator of heat pump, and through the second output of three-way valve - to heat exchanger installed in capacitor water heater of hot water supply system.

EFFECT: increasing efficiency of heat supply and cold supply system.
