FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials used in reconstructive osseous-recovery plastic surgery, traumatology and orthopedics. Material consists of treated, defatted and lyophilized porous osseous tissue with pore size from 0.05 to 5 mm on surface of that the composition prepared of biocompatible copolymer and physiologically active substances is applied in the following ratio of components in composition, wt.-%: biocompatible copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone with acrylates, 50-99; physiologically active substances, 1-50, in the ratio of porous osseous tissue to physiologically active polymeric composition, wt.-%: osseous tissue, 60- 99.3; physiologically active polymeric composition, 0.7-40. Material exhibits the enhanced mechanical strength and provides the prolonged topical antibacterial effect and effect stimulating the bone regeneration. EFFECT: valuable properties of material. 5 ex
