FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out X-ray examination bone regenerate zone after having finished distraction, making intervention when detecting distraction regenerate insufficiency signs. Computer tomographic examination of the regenerate is carried out after the X-ray one in introducing implant in puncture, polyfocal mode, the implant being produced from lyophilized spongious homobone fragments impregnated with vinyl pyrrolidone and butyl methacrylate copolymer containing orotic acid, calcium, lyophilized fetal bone tissues and antimicrobial preparations when copolymer and biologically active substances are available in the composition in the amount of from 15 to 30%. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in introducing implant without disturbing microcirculation bed.
