FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of using preventive antifreezing-on agents, to treating carbonaceous materials before transportation, and can be used for lowering regelation of oil coke. Antifreezing-on agent containing gas oil boiling within a temperature range of 160-330 C and obtained via processing of feedstock composed of heavy pyrolysis tar (1-20%), heavy catalytic cracking gas oil (1-20%), and goudron or the same with additional 1-5% of selective oil treatment extract is deposited onto oil coke and onto inside surface of railway cars using spraying technique. In case of coke, the latter is sprinkled when moving on conveyor. Agent is used in amounts between 0.07 and 0.70% on the weight of coke.
