FIELD: generation of electric power by use of free flow of water at different depth. SUBSTANCE: proposed hydroelectric station includes stand secured in bottom foundation of watercraft with two drive drums at the beginning and idling drums at end of this stand in its corners. Stand is reinforced with partition. Hollow drums are provided with axles and gear wheels located at their end faces and engageable with chain gear train on which two-flap blades are secured by means of axles, thus forming right-hand and left-hand loops of conveyer type; said loops are made from rigid material and are located at angle relative to central partition, thus ensuring rotation of drive drum in opposite direction; drive drums are connected with electric generator by means of gears of reverse rotation unit and step-up gear. Flaps of blades are freely secured for opening and closing by flow; in closed position, inner flap is located for sliding over idling drum axis; in open position, flaps are fixed by means of limiter.
