FIELD: water heating systems and hot water supply, applicable for water heating in systems with individual heating. SUBSTANCE: the boiler plant consists of a boiler having branch pipes of direct and return water lines, chimney, whose upper part above the boiler is made in the form of a vertical tubular economizer containing an overflow tube with a closing device connected to the boiler through the branch pipe of the direct line and through a branch pipe to the supply line of the heating system, the upper part of the economizer is made in the form of a surge tank, the latter is connected to an air receiver by means of an air tube, a safety valve and a make-up system are installed in the return line of the branch pipe. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and efficiency of the plant and reduced temperature of flue gases and pressure in the heating system. 1 dwg
