FIELD: hot water supply systems and heating systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes hot-water boiler and direct and reverse branch pipes connected to heating system and smoke stack whose lower part is made in form of ring-shaped economizer with direct and reverse branch pipes; direct and reverse branch pipes are connected in lower portion with capacitance boiler divided into lower and upper parts by means of water heater which is connected to heating system and provided with hot water supply branch pipe and cold tapping water supply branch pipe. According to first version, capacitance boiler and economizer are filled with tapping water forming natural water circulating loop which is heated by flue gases; capacitance boiler is mounted in upper portion of economizer. According to second version, economizer and capacitance boiler form forced circulation loop of water heated by flue gases and capacitance boiler is mounted in lower portion of economizer and pump is mounted on pipe line connecting the lower portion of capacitance boiler with reverse branch pipe of ring-shaped economizer.
