FIELD: radio signal processing. SUBSTANCE: discretization of random analog signal x(t) and its copy τ3 delayed by time y(t) = x(t-τ3), due to Gaussian additive noise is carried out by means of two analog-to-digital converters operating in step, phase difference is evaluated by optical method and by mutual phase spectrum obtained on basis of uninterrupted wavelet conversion. Final phase difference between measured signals is computed as arithmetic mean of phase differences obtained by optimal method and by mutual phase spectrum on basis of uninterrupted wavelet conversion.
