FIELD: radio engineering and communications.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in ground telemetric information receiving-recording stations. For this purpose, the character synchronization system of radiotelemetric means operates in time-and-frequency field and consists in application of circuit of two-level processing of the input signal. At the first level, the search of the informational signal binary character limits is performed using images, obtained by calculating power spectral density of the analyzed signal fragment and calculating the coefficient of correlation of images with reference spectral image, corresponding to the binary character limits. At second level the search is performed using two-channel subtracts circuit of the demodulator. Then spectral image are calculated and compared with spectral symbol image by calculating the coefficient of correlation. As a result the processes of demodulation and searching for the informational signal binary character limits are transferred from the temporal field to the time-and-frequency field.

EFFECT: higher noise immunity of telemetric information receiving.
