FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: before laying for storage one should treat potato with composition including Steinernema feltiae suspension and immunostimulating preparation obtained out of Mortierella nigrescens micromycete biomass taken at the quantity of 0.2-1% against suspension weight. The above-mentioned preparation out of Mortierella nigrescens biomass is obtained due to successive extracting micromycete biomass with nonpolae extragent in supracritical state with water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water followed by combining the first extract and solid residue. The method provides elimination of harmful insects before laying potato for storage without any negative impact upon its immune status, germinating capacity and organoleptic properties. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
