FIELD: oil extraction industry. SUBSTANCE: device has tubing string and jet-mixing device, packer and hydroimpulsive device, said devices being mounted on tubing string one by one in downward direction. Body of jet-mixing device has active nozzle and a diffuser mixing enclosure, also passages for working substance inlet, discharged substance inlet and central passage with a socket for functional additions are made. Packer is mounted on tubing string below jet-mixing device. Hydroimpulsive device is mounted below packer. In the body of hydroimpulsive device axial entrance passage is made, as well as nozzles, connected to the latter on sides of entrance, for working substance inlet. Nozzles of hydroimpulsive device are placed in rows along axis of hydroimpulsive device body and in a plane of hydroimpulsive device body cross-section at an angle to radius. At nozzles exit in hydroimpulsive device body ring-shaped recess is made, in which on side of exit of each nozzle ring-shaped passages are made, in which flat rings with sharp outer edge on the side of exit cross-section of nozzles are placed with capability for free rotation and axial displacement relatively to axial passage. Axial entrance is made with capability for mounting guiding insert with overlapping of axial entrance passage in lower part of hydroimpulsive device body by the insert. Guiding insert is equipped with filtering element and device for swirling working substance stream on the side of entrance of axial entrance passage.
