FIELD: alternative power supplies. SUBSTANCE: device has ammonia compressor, ammonia reaction turbine, carbonic acid gas turbine, liquid carbon dioxide pump, electric generator, and heat exchanger. Method for electrical energy generation from water heat involves use of water at flow origin as carbon dioxide vapor cooler and as saturated ammonia vapor heater at end of flow. Power generated by carbonic acid gas turbine is used to drive ammonia compressor, high-pressure liquid carbon dioxide pump, and to produce electrical energy.
