FIELD: industrial fishery; otter boards for horizontal opening of trawl. SUBSTANCE: proposed otter board includes shield formed by upper and lower plates whose two edges are connected together, thus forming obtuse angle, upper stringer mounted at angle of 50-60 deg. to plate of upper plate of shield, unit for securing warp and cables and keel formed by stringer and upright provided with at least two detachable shoes. Each detachable shoe is provided with plates on its inner surface which are located at similar distance from vertical axes of symmetry of shoe; keep upright provided with similar plates for contact with plates of shoe is provided with end projections and is additionally fitted with shoes whose length exceeds length of plates. End shoes rest against end projections of keel upright through additional shoes; distance between plates of adjacent shoes is equal to or exceeds length of additional shoes. Number of plates is at least four; additional shoes are secured to keel upright by means of bolts or similar fastenings. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; simplified construction; facilitated procedure of assembly and disassembly of detachable plates. 3 cl, 5 dwg
