FIELD: domestic equipment for thermal processing of food products. SUBSTANCE: utensil has volume forming members such as casing and cover of corrosion-resistant steel and inserts. Casing and cover are made in the form of composite construction of variable section, where space between forming members of stainless steel is filled with heat conducting high-porosity permeable cellular material. Portion of said material arranged between two forming members in casing bottom part subjected to maximal heating has higher porosity and section than portion of said material arranged between two forming members in peripheral and side parts of casing, as well as in peripheral part of cover. Material arranged between two cover forming members is under permanent vacuum and material arranged between two casing forming members is periodically vacuumized via nipple mounted on casing. EFFECT: simplified construction, provision for uniform spatial heating of food product and prolonged storage of preliminarily prepared food product. 1 dwg
